The first word that popped in my head when giving this album a listen was: entertaining. This is straight up black metal with a ripping guitar line. Very sharp and somewhat dominating. Razor-like riffs cut through you while, fast-paced, steady drums pummel you into the ground. This is more up-beat black metal, mainly because of the speed and how the various parts of the album blend together. Like I said, the guitars are basically separated from the drums, and the vocals follow the same trend. They are somewhat gargled, and not your typical shriek. Three aspects of an album so far apart, yet still managing to bring this record together into a rockin' good time.
