This album is definitely gonna have some haters. Yes it is even MORE dsbm, a genre overcrowded to say the least. Silencer will hook you with mesmerizing and melancholic passages and then make your ears bleed with the vocal stylings of Natteramn, which reminds me alot of Golum from LotR for whatever reason. They create a great doomy atmosphere, but still keep the black metal flag high. And the discordance between the melodic guitars and the shrieks and wails really make this album come together nicely. The band broke up a while back because the vocalist was institutionalized. Why? Probably the vocals XD

Really try to give this CD a listen all the way through, its amazing and comes together well in the end.
