"On Sunday it was very sad to read that Gary Moore had died. I was most upset, as I have known Gary for many years, and he was a wonderful guitarist. He will be sadly missed, but he leaves us with a wonderful legacy of music, and my heart goes out to his family. Rest in peace, The Legend!"
Moore died in his sleep yesterday morning (Sunday, February 6), hours after checking into the five-star Kempinski Hotel in Estepona (Spain) on the Costa del Sol with an unnamed female friend. He was 58 years old.
