Found these guys from Dimensions of Sonic Excellence a couple of days ago, and the second that I heard the first song I knew I would have to share!
This is a Alternative/Indie/Folk band (with a touch of Stoner for good measure), who only sing about one thing: Beards. Their Facebook calls them folk, which I guess is right, if you count acoustic as 'folk.' It's much more rock mixed with humor then anything. All of their songs have some story, either about how you need a beard, or that beards are awesome, or how they lost their beard. It's funny but it still rocks. It's like Tenacious D, Stephen Lynch or Flight of The Concords (being Australians themselves) - humor mixed with great music.
Also they say they only prefer people with beards to listen to their music, so you need to grow one before you hear it (I have a beard so it's all cool).
