Continuing with this little Middle Eastern string of bands I've got going here, I present to you Narjahanam. Playing primarily Black Metal, these guys combine a few elements of Death Metal such as the blast beat and vocal style, but mainly stick to the black side of things, with quite an atmospheric polish as well. The first track opens up with a percussion part that will have fans of Middle Easter melodies going crazy. This is some seriously catchy stuff, and while the entire album isn't too focused on the melodies, they are definitely there and come out at the most opportune times, ready to have you tapping your foot along.
