Raw Black Metal is always fun, especially of the Finnish variety. These guys have defined themselves as a reckless, noisy, and chaotic band, and it fits them perfectly. This is their style and it's quite obvious that they have a lot of fun with it.

A very abrasive release, these guys might be a little new to the music scene, but somehow manage to create beauty out of dark, wild melodies, entrenched within filthy, distorted guitars and scratching vocals. This is proof that song structure has a profound impact on an album, for without this "free" sound in the music, we'd have simply noise.

I love this record so much because of how liberated and unrestricted it sounds. If they screw up, they don't care! If they try oh so hard to play elegant instruments like acoustic guitars and pianos and only sound uncouth while doing so, I'm not bothered. It gives this album more originality and sets it apart from the boring conformist other black metal acts out there. Recommended!
