Arcana Coelestia is a very elegant-sounding band. Building incredible atmosphere, Ubi Secreta Colunt has a polished and sophisticated sound, like the band is in total control of what they're playing. Meticulous every step of the way, I get the vibe that these guys are retaining some sort of well-kept secret within their music. It's hard to describe. Approaching ambience at some points, the album flows incredibly fluently. A few synths are used here and there, to imitate esoterica and the dark recesses of space. Overall a very impressively crafted album.
