This is a live performance at Victoriaville music festival in Québec, Canada, 2005. The story goes like this: Apparently Anthony Braxton (A free jazz legend, who broke practically every rule in the academic music book, and wrote some new ones) saw Wolf Eyes live in Sweden and was so impressed by their performance that he considered moving to Sweden to work with them. When he realized they were actually from Detroit, he teamed up with Michigan’s noise mongers for some recordings and the result was finally put in tape during the Victoriaville music festival in 2005. Should I say anything about it? No I can’t, I am not up to the task. Just download and judge for yourself the crushing sound of these two disturbing forces of nature working together towards your aural decimation.
