As you may have noticed, I’ve been on a bit of an Atmospheric/Depressive Black Metal binge lately, listening to artists such as Nyktalgia and Walknut, when I came across this gem. The ultimate trance-inducing album, Transcending Mundane Obstacles is sure to transport you far far away, thrown helplessly into the depths of time and space. A very prominent and almost melodic guitar line grabs hold of the listener by the horns, integrating itself within your very being.
Incredibly mesmerizing, you’ll be sure to lose sight of everything, left to focus and drift away silently, carried by this black metal perfection.
